This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for services provided by Hexagon Know Private Limited ("Hexagon Know", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate access provided to our platform and content upon subscription, Hexagon Know generally maintains a no-refund policy for all subscription payments and service fees.

Once a payment has been made for our services, it is non-refundable except in specific limited circumstances outlined in Section 2 of this policy.

2. Exceptions to No-Refund Policy

Hexagon Know may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Service Unavailability: If our service experiences significant downtime (exceeding 24 consecutive hours) that prevents you from accessing core features, and this downtime is solely attributable to Hexagon Know and not to third-party services or your own technical issues.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a technical error on our part.
  • Legal Requirements: If refunds are required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Please note that even in these cases, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Free Trial Period

Hexagon Know offers a 14-day free trial period for new users. During this period, you can evaluate our services without any payment obligation. If you decide not to continue with a paid subscription, you can cancel your account before the end of the trial period without being charged.

Once you upgrade to a paid subscription or your free trial converts to a paid subscription, the standard no-refund policy applies.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@hexagonknow.com. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
  • No refund will be provided for the unused portion of your current billing period.
  • Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period.

Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to prevent automatic renewal.

5. Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for one of the exceptional circumstances outlined in Section 2, you may submit a refund request by:

  • Emailing support@hexagonknow.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Including your account details, the date of payment, and a detailed explanation of why you believe you qualify for a refund
  • Providing any relevant documentation or evidence to support your request
  • Refund will be credited within 5 business days if found eligible

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

6. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Any applicable taxes and fees that Hexagon Know cannot recover may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refund will be credited within 5 business days if found eligible

7. Enterprise Agreements

For enterprise clients with custom agreements, the refund terms specified in those agreements will supersede this general Refund Policy.

8. Changes to Refund Policy

Hexagon Know reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically for changes.
